At Kourwaki, each piece is handcrafted with care and thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged product, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in case of a damaged product.
To be eligible, you must:
Share an unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
Submit the video to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Return Process

Email or WhatsApp us your order number and unboxing video.

Our team will review the video and verify the issue.

Once approved, we will issue a credit note which you can use for future purchases.
Important Notes
No returns are accepted for reasons such as change of mind, size, or preferences.
The product must be unused and in original packaging.
Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
