Shipping Timeline : We usually dispatch the products from our facility within 2 Business Days. Home delivery might take another 4-6 days from date of dispatch.
You can return any full price (some exceptions; see below) item(s) within 7 days of receiving your product(s).
CONDITION OF RETURN
Please take care when trying on any product(s)
no smells i.e perfume, food, smoke, deodorant etc.
free of make-up, self-tan marks and pet hairs
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To make a return please contact sales@kourwaki.in with your order number and request for refund. Upon refund approval please return in poly mailer or box to our return center.
ASSESSING THE RETURN
Return product(s) will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at customer's expense.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING
Returns are generally processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
Cancellation Policy
If you've changed your mind about your online order and wish to cancel it, please email sales@kourwaki.in as soon as possible. We will help you with the cancellation as long as the order has not already been shipped. If you need to make changes to an order you will have to cancel your original order and then place a new order with the items you wish to purchase
Shipping Policy
What are our shipping fees?
We are an Indian company that ships within India. Shipping all over India is flat Rs. 60 for products weighing 1Kg or less.
When will my order ship?
All orders will ship once payments have been approved. We will send a confirmation email and a tracking number once order has been approved and shipped.
Please note: We only ship to confirmed addresses. If you are shipping to an apartment or office we can only guarantee that the parcel will make it to your building. We are not responsible for the parcel, or its contents, once it has been delivered to your building’s door person/mail department, or front door.
