Data deletion
Kourwaki holds the personal information you have given us so that we can process your orders and keep you updated about them: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order history, and any WhatsApp messages we have exchanged with you about your orders.
You can ask us to delete this information at any time, and you do not have to give a reason.
How to request deletion
Email kourwaki.anadi@gmail.com with Data deletion request as the subject, and include:
- Your full name
- The email address and phone number you used when ordering
- An order number, if you have one
Where possible, please send the request from the email address on your order — it helps us confirm the request really came from you. If you no longer have access to that address, say so in your message and we will find another way to verify it.
What happens next
We will confirm that we have received your request within 7 days, and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will email you once it is done.
What we delete, and what we have to keep
We delete your contact details, delivery address, marketing preferences, and the WhatsApp conversation history we hold for you.
We cannot delete invoices and records of completed sales, because Indian tax and accounting law requires us to retain them. Those records are kept only for that purpose and are never used to contact you again.
If you only want the messages to stop
You do not need to delete your data to stop hearing from us. Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us and we will stop sending them. For email, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message.
